Service
Fırsat Avcısı is an AI-powered personal income assistant: opportunity scanning, an earning-paths catalog, and digital product/design/course/video production 'factories'. Generated content is advisory in nature; no income is guaranteed.
Account and usage
You must be over 18. You are responsible for your account's security. Producing illegal, misleading, copyright-infringing content or content that violates third-party platform rules is forbidden.
Pricing
A free plan and monthly/yearly subscriptions (Pro, Pro Automation, Ultra and above) are offered; payments are collected via Stripe. The subscription renews until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. No refunds are given for the used period, except where legal withdrawal rights apply.
Revenue sharing
For Ultra plans, a 5% platform fee is taken from sales of products created in the app and published on Gumroad (via Gumroad's Collaborator feature). There is no platform fee on print-on-demand sales.
Third-party accounts
Connecting accounts like Gumroad, Printify, Etsy, X, and YouTube is optional. Each platform's own terms apply; the app only performs actions on your behalf that you've approved.
Intellectual property
You own the rights to the content you produce. The app's software, design, and brand belong to the service provider.
Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, third-party platform decisions (account suspension, listing removal), or the accuracy of AI outputs; total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. Your account may be suspended for rule violations.
Governing law
Austrian law applies; mandatory consumer rights provisions remain reserved. Changes will be published on this page.
